Somerset Elementary Families,
The petition for more sinks in our school has been signed by over 400 families and the Somerset PTSA Board of Directors read and submitted a statement of our requests and concerns to the Bellevue School Board on September 5th. We would like to call a Community Forum to discuss and vote on creating an official committee to lead us in next steps.
Please join us at 7pm on Tuesday, September 19th at our school (Room location: TBD) for an update on where things stand, and to discuss next steps. We need everyone to come out so please mark your calendars.
We are in need of pro bono legal assistance, contacts with local media and environmental experts within our community. If you know of anyone that would be willing to help us, please let us know or bring them to the meeting.
