All families are invited to join our Spring Walk to School Day on Wednesday, May 16th. Students may walk directly to the School, or you may send them to one of our two Walking School Buses. A Walking School Bus is a group of students walking to school with parent volunteers along the two Walking School Bus routes. Please arrive to bus stops on time to catch a walking school bus. All students who walk to school that day will be greeted by a PedBee mascot and win a small prize when they arrive at school. We need volunteers to make this fun event happen. There are a variety of volunteer slots so please sign up Here if you can help.

In addition, all students who participate in this Walk to School Day will automatically enter the ‘Take the Earth Day to Bike Day Challenge’ by the Bellevue SchoolPool Team. It will earn money for our school and prizes for him/herself after filling out the SchoolPool card. This SchoolPool card has been sent home or you may find it HERE.  Our students participated in last SchoolPool challenge last October and earned about $2000 for our school! All funds are to be used in our intervention room to support students who need help or have need challenges. Please help us with challenge to benefit our children in school. For questions, please contact somersetptsa@gmail.com.
