Wednesday Morning,  October 10 With a great support from the City of Bellevue, we will have our  Walk to School Day  on  Wednesday, October 10 th .  Students may walk to school directly, or you may drop them to our Walking School Buses. A Walking School Bus is a group of students walking to school with parent volunteers. We have designated two Walking School Bus routes. Please see the  Map   for details. The Somerset PTSA is encouraging all Somerset students to participate in the 2018 Reflections Program. The Reflections program is sponsored by the National PTA and Washington State PTA to promote and encourage artistic creativity. It is the 50 th -year competition and the Theme of this year is  Heroes Around Me . The purpose of this program is to provide an opportunity for students to use their creative talents by expressing themselves through their own original works. A student may submit an entry/entries in six art areas. Thursday, September 27, 7.00 - 8.00pm   Come select which fun hands-on stations we will be featuring at STEM Family Night (formerly the Family Engineering/STEM Fair) in October. We need adult volunteers to choose, test, and finalize the supplies for stations ranging from building challenges, aeronautics, buoyancy, acoustics, wind turbines, catapults, and more.
