PTSA Passport Club Volunteers Needed
  PTSA Passport Club Program was brought to our school several years ago to help students familiarize themselves with other countries, while also encouraging cultural exploration through the Special Itinerary sheet. In addition, Passport Club helps prepare students for middle school where they are tested on over 100 countries.  This is a great way for them to start practicing early!                           We are trying a new system this month where students will have the option to do their passport check during lunchtime. Book Fair and Volunteers Needed
    Our school Library will partner with the PTSA to host a Book Fair from Secret Garden Book Store the week following Thanksgiving . This Book Fair is a fundraising event for the benefit of our Library , and all proceeds fund the purchase of books and library materials for all of our children. 2017-18 BSF Arts, Enrichment & Innovation Grants-- Congratulations to Ms. Geren-Ziegler, Mrs. Pederson, and Ms. Waylen for winning three grants (funded with a total of $1650) for our school in 2017-18 Bellevue Schools Foundation (BSF) Arts, Enrichment & Innovation Grants applications. Movie Night-- This Thursday   All Somerset Families are welcome to watch a Free Movie: “ The LEGO Batman Moive ” on Thursday,  November 2 nd .
