Membership
The PTSA is the only group whose sole interest is the health, welfare, safety and education of children. More than any other organization, PTSA has the ability to make a school a better place by addressing the needs of the individual school. As a Somerset Elementary PTSA member, you can help identify those needs and develop solutions. Membership in PTSA allows you not only to be involved in your child's education but also allows you to get to know their teachers, the parents of their classmates, and to become more familiar with the school and what happens there. We are a professional, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dependent upon the generous financial support and unparalleled volunteerism of our members. The Somerset PTSA is part of the Washington State Parent Teacher Association, Bellevue PTSA Council 2.3, Region 2, Unit #0203080.
General PTSA meetings are scheduled for this academic year where various topics involving your child's education will be presented and discussed along with PTSA business. We encourage all parents to attend these meetings.
