Matching Gifts

Somerset Elementary PTSA, a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization, would like to thank you for participating in our fundraising events and extending your generous donation by requesting matching gifts from your employer. We summarized matching gift requests of some local companies, which you may find useful. We know this list is short. But with your help, we will be able to add more and more in this list for generous companies which are actively involved in community building events. Please email us: somersetptsa@gmail.comif your employer provides matching gift, yet it is not in this list.  Most employers with matching gift programs make it easy for their employees to match donations.   Usually it’s a matter of filling out a form or submitting a simple request online. Please scroll down to see how corporate match request can be done or communicate with your HR for your employer matching policy. Please note that companies have different matching policies and they are subject to change. So please check with your HR department for the most up-to-date matching information.

When you submit your request, please provide the following information to help us allocate funds:

1. Event name (e.g. Fall Fundraising Drive, Auction)

2. Student name (first and last name)

3. Match amount (e.g. cash donation amount, paid amount minus the fair market value)

We need your gifts to continue to provide the programming and level of support that has helped make Somerset Elementary a top elementary school and our neighborhood a highly desirable community to live in. Please note corporate matching donations are not counted toward individual or family donations in school fundraising events, but Do positively benefit our school and our children.  If you have any questions, please contact somersetptsa@gmail.com! Thank you!
