Please remember to maximize your generous donations and volunteering time by applying for matching gifts and/or volunteer grants from your employer! We've summarized matching details of some common local employers here. Thank you for your support!
Matching Gifts:
Corporate matching gifts are a type of philanthropy in which companies financially match donations that their employees make to nonprofit organizations. When an employee makes a donation, they'll request the matching gift from their employer, who then makes their own donation. In other words, when you give, they give too.
Volunteer Grants:
Volunteer grants are corporate giving programs that encourage employees to volunteer in their communities. If you choose to volunteer at one of our events, please verify if your company offers a Volunteer Hour Match or Volunteer Grant Program. If so, you can supplement your time spent volunteering with an additional corporate monetary gift to the PTSA!
Please note that company policies are subject to change, so please check with your HR department for the most up-to-date information. If your employer provides gift or volunteer matching but is not listed, please email us at somersetptsa@gmail.com so they can be added. With your help, we hope to grow this list to include more generous companies that are actively involved in supporting their community.
