Q&A Somerset Spirit Wear 


1. How do I place an order?

The order window for spiritwear closed on Oct 31 2022. We are no longer accepting new orders.


2. When will I receive my order?

After all pre-orders are placed, we will place a new order with our supplier with an estimated 2-3 month turnaround time to be shipped back to us. We will distribute to child's classroom upon receipt. 


3. Where do I pick up my order?

Your order will be delivered directly to your child’s classroom.


4. What size should I purchase?

Unless specified otherwise, sizing is standard and regular fit. Please order based on the size you usually purchase for yourself or child in other brands. 


5. After I received my order, if I find out the size does not fit, can I exchange or return it?

All sales are final, no returns or refunds. We place all spiritwear order with our supplier based on the order numbers that came in from our school community. Typically, we don’t have any extras but you can always check with the spirit wear chair if a different size is available but we cannot guarantee an exchange.
