BSD Back to Buildings Update

The Bellevue School District is currently in: STAGE 3 REMOTE/EARLY LEARNER IN-PERSON

After closing our schools in March 2020 because of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Bellevue School District pivoted to online learning for our students. Starting in September 2020, we started a gradual return of some students to our buildings. Then on January 21, 2021, we started bringing back some of our youngest learners for in-person learning. Now we plan to offer in-person learning to all our students, on a hybrid schedule, by April 19. The resilience of students, staff, and families during this last year is a testament to our community’s ability to face challenges and come together.

Our buildings are ready to bring more students and staff back.  We have proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and proven risk mitigation. And for students not ready to return to the classroom, we will continue to offer remote learning.
